You walk the field together. He works through your fleet mix, the equipment you already have on hand, your mutual aid partners, and the seven scenarios that cover almost every recovery. Bring operations, maintenance, ARFF, and your FBO line crew.

Your team ends the day with a written recovery sequence, a contact list that's actually filled in, and a list of what's missing from your kit. No charge and no obligation. Mike builds recovery equipment for a living and he'll tell you straight whether it fits your operation, but the recovery plan is yours either way.
